Put your love for judo and your artistic abilities together to design a logo for the National Collegiate Judo Association. The winning logo will become the official logo of our organization. Submit the winning logo and get a "Judo Package" that will include a new Century Judo Gi, Mike Swain Technique poster and Mike Swain's Complete Judo DVD.

All entries must be submitted by May 1st, 2006.

On Janurary 23-26th, the Aggies played host to a 4 day training camp that was capped off with the Texas Collegiate Conference Championships. The National training camp was hosted by USA Judo which provided some top notch instruction.

The 4 day seminar was headed up by 1976 Olympian Patrick Burris, IJF “A” Referee Dr. Gary Berliner and Tom Riggs. 45 players from Texas, Louisiana and Tennessee attended the 4 day technical training camp. Dr. Berliner used this camp to familiarize the players with the new rules which eliminate the red zone and 5 second penalty. These new rules which are currently being testing by the IJF were used during Sunday’s tournament and considered by most everyone a huge success.

Welcome to the all-new website for the National Collegiate Judo Association. Many of you may not have been aware of the NCJA, but we have quietly been around for over 40 years. This site will be used as an outlet for College Judo news as well as a place for people to interact and exchange ideas on our message forum. We have public boards for anyone who wishes to join or start a topic. Our private forum will be reserved strictly for coaches that belong to the NCJA. This will give coaches an avenue of open communication with other coaches from College Judo programs.
